Carrying out appraisals and valuations for a wide range of real estate assets, including the residential sector, industrial assets (warehouses), commercial spaces, public facilities (hotels and parking lots), and real estate developments.

University degree in Architecture or Technical Architecture.

Previous experience in preparing valuation and appraisal reports will be positively valued.

Ability to analyze the market, attention to detail, and technical rigor in report writing.

Proactive, organized person with the ability to manage workloads independently.

A valid driver's license is essential, and ideally your own vehicle for site visits.

Immediate incorporation with a permanent contract directly with the company, fostering a solid and long-term working relationship.

Realización de tasaciones y valoraciones para una amplia tipología de activos inmobiliarios, incluyendo el sector residencial, activos industriales (naves), superficies comerciales, dotacionales (hoteles y parkings) y promociones inmobiliarias.

Titulación universitaria en Arquitectura Superior o Arquitectura Técnica.

Se valorará positivamente experiencia previa en la elaboración de informes de valoración y tasación.

Capacidad de análisis de mercado, atención al detalle y rigor técnico en la redacción de informes.

Persona proactiva, organizada y con capacidad para gestionar volúmenes de trabajo de manera autónoma.

Imprescindible disponer de carné de conducir e idealmente vehículo propio para realizar las visitas técnicas.
