To guarantee the technical, aesthetic, and environmental quality of landscape projects from the design phase to final delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with established deadlines.
Participate in initial meetings with clients to define style, use, budget, and maintenance.
Analyze the terrain: topography, climate, solar exposure, and drainage.
Prepare preliminary projects, aesthetic proposals, and initial budgets.
Design planting, irrigation, drainage, paving, and lighting plans.
Supervise the execution of works and coordinate suppliers and technical teams.
Ensure the correct selection of species and sustainable materials.
Perform post-construction follow-up and prepare maintenance plans.
