The role

At Nortempo, we are looking to bring an intern into our Staffing team in Getafe (Madrid). If you are passionate about people, talent selection, and want to gain experience in a leading HR solutions company, this could be your opportunity.

You will join a dynamic team where you will learn the comprehensive operation of a Temporary Employment consultancy, participating in selection processes and personnel management.

What you'll do

Posting and managing job offers.
CV screening and evaluation of candidates.
Conducting telephone and in-person interviews.
Active recruitment through different sourcing channels.
Monitoring selection processes.
Attention and advice to candidates.
Support in hiring and document management.
Management and monitoring of workers placed at client sites.
Updating databases and selection tools.
General support to the consultancy and staffing team.

Requirements

Students or recent graduates in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
Possibility of formalizing an internship agreement.
Interest in professional development within the Human Resources sector.
Good communication skills and a people-oriented approach.
Organizational skills, learning ability, and teamwork.
User-level proficiency in office software tools.
