The role

Do you have at least 6 months of experience as a 360 Consultant?

We are looking for a Junior Consultant to join our Getafe skilled trade office on a stable basis. If you are eager to learn more in the Consultant role and are motivated by prospecting clients and managing processes, this is the offer you have been looking for!

We will especially value experience performing the following functions:

-Commercial prospecting

-Management of the selection process

-Client management

-Client loyalty.

What you'll do

Maintaining regular communication with candidates, providing them with updated information and feedback at each stage of the process.
Meeting weekly quotas related to calls and emails in order to develop a pool of eligible candidates in the areas of logistics, industry, and skilled trades, contact centers, hospitality, and retail.
Researching industry trends and providing information about operational and temporary workers to support the growth and competitive advantage of our clients.
Assisting in preparing materials for client presentations and interaction activities.
Processing contracts and documentation to ensure compliance with industrial regulatory frameworks.
Preparing and presenting periodic reports on hiring progress and client satisfaction to Operational Talent managers.
Supporting basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring data accuracy for the sales process. Grade Description
Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
Performs tasks using existing procedures.
Receives general guidance and direction from higher-level positions/managers within the discipline.
Contributions are usually limited to task-related activities; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions, and checks for understanding.

Requirements

-Completed academic degree or master's.

-Residency in Getafe or surrounding areas

Having your own vehicle is necessary

-Availability for immediate incorporation.

-6 months of experience as a junior 360 consultant.
