The role

At Nortempo, we are looking to hire a Hotel Bellhop for a renowned hotel located in the Center of Madrid.

We are looking for a friendly, dynamic person with excellent customer orientation, who enjoys providing quality service and contributing to guests having an exceptional experience.

What you'll do

Reception and welcoming of guests upon arrival.
Escorting guests to their rooms and assistance with luggage.
Management of requests and assistance with guest needs.
Coordination with the various hotel departments to guarantee excellent service.
