Join one of the reference hotels for the corporate and events segment in Barcelona. What you'll do

As a bell captain supervisor at our hotel, you will be the leader of a team of 5 professionals, with the following duties to be developed:

· Supervision of the bell team: Organize shifts, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.

· Guest service: Greet and bid farewell to guests with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring all their needs are met.

· Luggage management: Coordinate the storage, transport, and secure delivery of luggage.

· Vehicle control: Supervise parking and valet parking control, if applicable.

· Support in check-in and check-out: Assist the reception team when necessary.

· Coordination of special services: Manage services such as private transport, excursion bookings, and special requests.

· Incident resolution: Handle and resolve guest problems or complaints efficiently.

· Team training and development: Train staff to ensure consistent service standards.

· Maintenance of the entrance area: Ensure that the lobby and common areas are tidy and presentable.
