You will work on large automotive parts with high finishing standards, carrying out tasks such as:
Sanding and touching up parts.
Using orbital sanders and other finishing tools.
Polishing and conditioning surfaces.
Visual inspection and checking of the final finish.
These are delicate and high-value parts, so the work requires precision, care, and great attention to detail.
Rotating shifts morning, afternoon, and night, Monday to Friday.
Occasional weekend overtime may be required, depending on project needs.
🔧 Parts finishing and rework operator – Automotive
NORTEMPO ETT is recruiting 10 operators to join a major automotive parts finishing and rework project in Abadiño (Bizkaia).
We are looking for people with good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and experience working with metal or automotive parts, especially in tasks such as sanding, finishing, polishing, touch-up, or part restoration.
👉 Previous experience as a panel beater is not essential. If you have experience in precision manual work, finishing, or surface treatment, we also want to hear from you.
We are looking for meticulous and careful people, used to working with their hands and capable of achieving a quality finish.
Surface preparation and sanding.
Orbital sanders.
Panel beating and bodywork.
Vehicle paint preparation.
Polishing and finishing parts.
Rework and restoration of parts.
We will also value experience in other sectors where fine finishing, sanding, polishing, or surface treatment work is carried out. We are not only looking for automotive experience: we are especially interested in your ability to work with precision and care.
The company will provide initial training and support, although previous experience in manual or workshop work is required.
