What we're looking for

If you have administrative experience, you are proficient in digital environments, and you want a position with growth potential, we want to meet you!

Proficiency in spoken ENGLISH at C1 level.
Experience in administrative tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows environment, and management of administrative ERPs.
An organized, responsible person with good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Education & certifications

Vocational Training (FP II) or intermediate qualification in Administration.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Initial contract of 3/4 months, with the possibility of subsequent permanent incorporation into the company.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 18:40.
Salary: €12/hour gross.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WITH ENGLISH - LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORT SECTOR (VITORIA)

What you'll do

Management of a transport vehicle fleet.
Assignment of trips to vehicles.
Monitoring the execution of trips within our fleet.
Control of fuel consumption and route expenses.
Coordination with the fleet maintenance area.
