Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational training (Intermediate or Higher Level) in Electricity, Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
Previous experience in industrial environments, carrying out machinery maintenance.
Solid knowledge of industrial mechanics and electrical systems.
Analytical skills, autonomy, and a problem-solving mindset.
Availability to work rotating shifts.

Nice to have

Experience or knowledge in industrial refrigeration.
Knowledge of industrial robotics and PLCs.
Experience working with automated machinery.
A proactive, organized profile with good stress management skills.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Stable project within a consolidated industrial company.
Monday to Friday schedule, with rotating shifts:
Start-up shift: 04:00 to 12:00
Morning shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays only for specific needs or incidents, morning shift, considered as overtime.

We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join an organized and technically demanding production environment. The role is part of the maintenance department and will involve ensuring the proper operation of machinery and facilities, guaranteeing the continuity of the production process, and responding decisively to technical issues.

The position combines preventive and corrective maintenance tasks with technical diagnostics in an industrial environment where work is regularly carried out with cold storage tunnels, defrosting pumps, and bagging machines.

What you'll do

Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and facilities.
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
Performing technical interventions on industrial equipment such as cold storage tunnels, defrosting pumps, and bagging machines.
Detecting faults and proposing technical improvements to optimize equipment performance.
Monitoring and resolving technical issues through to completion.
Complying with established safety, quality, and maintenance procedures.
Collaborating with the rest of the maintenance team and sharing information between shifts.
