In your role as a Finance & Office Manager at North, you will be a key player in keeping the financial engine of the studio running smoothly and making sure our office is a place where the team loves to work.

As a Finance & Office Manager, here at North, you will...

• Manage the day-to-day finance operations: invoicing, payments, and expense tracking, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date.

• Own and maintain the financial forecast, keeping the business pipeline updated and providing visibility on cash flow and revenue projections.

• Coordinate payroll processing and liaise with our external gestoría/accounting providers to ensure salaries, taxes, and contracts are handled on time and correctly.

• Manage vendor and client contracts, ensuring proper documentation and timely renewals.

• Act as Office Manager, making sure the office runs smoothly day to day: supplies, maintenance, vendor relationships, and general upkeep.

• Support the team with a great in-office experience, from onboarding logistics to organizing office events and everyday needs.

• Collaborate closely with leadership to provide financial insights that support decision-making.

Ideally, you'll have:

• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or office management roles, ideally in a startup or agency environment.

• Proficiency in financial tools and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); experience with accounting or ERP software is a plus.

• Experience with financial forecasting, invoicing, and payroll coordination.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• A proactive, hands-on attitude and excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
