What you'll do

  • Industrialization of electrical machines: definition, improvement of manufacturing processes, assembly, and quality assurance.
  • Definition and execution of validation and testing plans (Back-to-Back, FAT, SAT, and characterization), including analysis of results and correlation with models.
  • Technical analysis of the system (thermal, electrical, and insulation), proposing design improvements oriented towards reliability and manufacturability.
  • Validation of critical components (windings, insulation, cooling systems).
  • Coordination with power electronics, electromagnetic design, and mechanical teams to ensure correct integration and the transition from design to product.
  • Interaction with suppliers and manufacturers in the development and industrialization of components.
  • Support in certification processes according to applicable regulations (IEC/UNE).
  • Preparation of technical documentation and reports on validation, efficiency, and design reviews.
  • Participation in design reviews with a focus on cost, reliability, and industrialization.
