Professional experience
- Approximately 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry, or in strategic consulting.

- Exposure to brands at different stages of their life cycle, including mature brands and products approaching loss of exclusivity (LoE).
- Experience in evaluating business opportunities, developing business cases, and supporting investment or resource allocation decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex and cross-functional initiatives in matrix organizations.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions without formal authority.
Nice to have
- An MBA or a postgraduate degree in Strategy, Marketing, Finance, or Business Management will be valued.
- Experience in pharmaceutical product transitions, end-of-life cycle strategies, or LoE preparedness will be valued, although it is not essential if the candidate demonstrates solid strategic and commercial capabilities.
