About the role

We are seeking a Strategy & Commercial Transformation Lead to drive high-impact commercial transformation initiatives across a global healthcare organization. Working closely with senior leadership, this role will combine strategy, process optimization, technology and stakeholder management to shape the future commercial operating model of the business.

What you'll do

  • Support the design and implementation of global commercial transformation initiatives across multiple markets.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify, prioritize and execute strategic commercial projects.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the global commercial operating model, processes and governance frameworks.
  • Drive commercial technology and CRM-related initiatives, working closely with business and technology teams.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics to support decision-making.
  • Analyse commercial performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Technology and regional leadership teams.
  • Facilitate change management and adoption of new processes and ways of working across the organisation.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across global and regional teams to drive alignment and execution.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation, commercial excellence or corporate strategy roles.
  • Experience managing strategic projects within complex, international organisations.
  • Familiarity with commercial processes, CRM platforms and sales or marketing technology environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience working with data to support business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, structured and capable of bringing clarity to ambiguous situations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable operating in a feedback-driven and collaborative culture.
  • Experience in healthcare, private equity-backed businesses or high-growth environments is a plus.
  • Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory.
