DORA is no longer just about interpreting a regulation. The challenge lies in ensuring that operational resilience works when technology, risk, business, continuity, and third parties must respond as a single system.

At NTT DATA, we are expanding our specialized Digital Operational Resilience team to work with financial entities on projects where regulation is transformed into management models, processes, controls, and real decisions.

• Design, review, or evolve Digital Operational Resilience and DORA frameworks, translating regulatory requirements into processes, controls, and operating models.
• Work in the areas of ICT Risk Management, Operational Resilience, and Business Continuity, identifying risks, gaps, and improvement actions.
• Define or review technology risk frameworks, controls, and governance mechanisms.
• Analyze and improve ICT incident management, classification, and reporting processes.
• Participate in Digital Operational Resilience Testing exercises and models.
• Evaluate risks associated with providers and third-party technology vendors and contribute to their management model.
• Prepare analyses and deliverables and work directly with business, risk, technology, compliance, and audit areas; in higher experience positions, you will lead workstreams, teams, and client conversations.

📍 Madrid | Hybrid model

You will participate in projects related to DORA, digital operational resilience, technology risk management, continuity, incident management, testing, and third-party technology risk within the financial sector.

The goal will not be to produce regulatory documentation just for the sake of producing it. It will be to understand what the framework requires, identify how it affects each organization's operating model, and ensure that resilience mechanisms can truly be utilized.

Depending on your experience, you will be able to progressively assume greater autonomy, client interaction, team coordination, and responsibility over projects.

The position is open to different levels of experience because the challenge changes with your professional evolution.

With initial experience, you will be able to deepen your skills in analysis, diagnosis, solution design, and direct work with clients.

As your seniority increases, you will assume greater responsibility in defining solutions, coordinating teams, managing workstreams, and interacting with the departments responsible for risk, technology, and business.

In higher experience positions, the challenge also incorporates project management, team development, client relationship management, and the possibility of contributing to the evolution of our operational resilience capabilities and proposals.
