• Minimum qualification: Higher Degree in Systems Administration (ASIR) or equivalent
• Minimum proven experience of 3 years in CAU support services
• Experience in team management and support for critical users or those of special institutional relevance
• It is required that you have some of the following certifications:
• Microsoft 365: Modern Administrator, Endpoint Administrator, etc.
• ITIL Foundation v4 or higher,
• Manufacturer certifications: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco
• Mobile device management: iOS, Android
• Apple: ACSP, ACMT
• Others directly related to the support position.

Your mission will be to provide IT support to users to ensure the proper functioning of systems and equipment.

And what does the project consist of? The day-to-day is very varied, but some of the functions you will participate in are:

• Resolving incidents and technical problems.
• Installing and configuring equipment and software.
• Maintaining and updating systems.
• Managing networks and servers.
• Providing remote and on-site assistance to users.
• Documenting and tracking incidents.
• Coordinating with other departments to solve complex problems.
