The role

At Izertis, we are looking to expand our team by bringing on a Support Technician.

What you'll do

The User Support Service (Second level and on-site assistance) will be responsible for:

Reception of user HW equipment, loading it into the inventory, imaging, and preparation for shipment to users.

Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and GPO policies. They will handle incidents and requests from executive users at Headquarters.

Likewise, they will perform cabling tasks for network and data points to connect user workstations.

Installation, configuration, and imaging of Windows and Mac equipment
