What we're looking for

We are looking for a person passionate about livestock, animal nutrition, and commercial development, with a consolidated track record in the ruminant sector, especially in the dairy cattle and sheep segments, capable of generating relationships of trust with customers and providing technical-commercial value.

You will also need:

  • University degree (Bachelor's or equivalent), preferably in Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, or related disciplines.

  • At least 5 years of experience in the sale of ruminant feeds, preferably in dairy cattle and/or sheep.

  • Experience in technical-commercial advisory.

  • Knowledge of formulation, rationing, and nutrition programs for ruminants.

  • Availability to travel 75% of the time within the assigned area (Aragón, Navarra, Soria, Valencia, and Castellón).

  • Fluent English level.

The role

What you'll do

As a Senior Ruminant Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our ruminant business in the Northeast region, aligned with the established commercial policy, achieving sales volume and profitability objectives. Your main focus will be business development in the dairy cattle and sheep segments, with special emphasis on the marketing of milk replacers, starter feeds, and nutrition programs for young animals. The area of operation will comprise Aragón, Navarra, Soria, Valencia, and Castellón.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure optimal positioning and recommendation of our ruminant nutrition programs.

  • Administer the commercial budget and follow up on actions to meet sales objectives.

  • Supervise the collection of payments from assigned customer accounts.

  • Keep CRM tools and reports updated in accordance with company requirements.

  • Manage, recommend, and formulate nutrition programs for ruminant customers.

  • Manage and develop large strategic accounts.

  • Provide support, training, and guidance to technical consultants.

  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the sustainable growth of the assigned region.
