What we're looking for

We are looking for a technical-commercial profile with knowledge and experience in the layer poultry sector, oriented towards business development and building long-term relationships with customers.

The selected person will be responsible for identifying commercial opportunities, providing value solutions, and contributing to the sustainable growth of the business through close collaboration with egg producers, integrators, cooperatives, and other key players in the sector.

You will also need

University degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, Animal Production, or similar.
At least 5 years of experience in poultry nutrition and/or production, preferably in the layer segment.
Knowledge of the Spanish poultry market and the main challenges related to egg production.
Availability to travel 70% of the time through the Central region and other national territories.
A good level of English will be valued.

The role

What you'll do

You will be responsible for maintaining and growing our layer poultry and egg production business, aligned with the established commercial policy and achieving sales volume and profitability objectives. You will work closely with customers and internal teams. Additionally, you will act as a strategic partner to customers, collaborating closely with technical, marketing, supply chain, and production teams to ensure an excellent customer experience and the achievement of commercial objectives.

Your main responsibilities will include

Ensure optimal positioning and recommendation of our brand within the layer and egg production sector.
Manage and develop a customer portfolio, identifying growth opportunities and new lines of business.
Manage the commercial strategy and monitor the actions necessary to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
Advise our key accounts on aspects related to nutrition, management, egg quality, animal welfare, and productive efficiency.
Supervise the collection of payments from assigned customer accounts.
Keep CRM tools and reports updated according to company requirements.
Promote a strong brand image aligned with the company's strategies.
