The role

Are you passionate about the equestrian world and would you like to develop your career by combining your technical knowledge with direct contact with customers?

We are looking for a Technical Sales Advisor for the equine sector to contribute to business growth, offering specialized advice in equine feeding and nutrition and developing long-term relationships of trust with our customers.

What you'll do

As a Technical Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and developing the customer portfolio in your area, combining technical advice with a clear commercial orientation.

Your main responsibilities will be

Provide technical advice to customers regarding nutrition, feeding, and solutions for horses, identifying their needs and proposing the most suitable solutions.
Manage, maintain, and build loyalty within the assigned customer portfolio.
Identify new business opportunities and develop new customers in the area.
Conduct commercial visits to customers, farms, equestrian centers, and other professionals in the sector.
Monitor sales and the commercial development of the area.
Participate in fairs, competitions, events, and professional meetings within the equine sector, an especially relevant channel for generating relationships and commercial opportunities.
Work in coordination with technical and commercial teams to offer a high value-added service to the customer.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with:

Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, Animal Science, or related fields.
Solid knowledge of equine nutrition and feeding.
Commercial and/or technical advisory experience, preferably within the equine sector, animal nutrition, animal feeding, or veterinary products.
Good knowledge of the equestrian sector and ease in relating to owners, professionals, and customers.
Commercial profile, results orientation, and the ability to develop long-term relationships.
Good communication skills and the ability to transform technical knowledge into practical recommendations for the customer.
Availability to travel approximately 80% of the time within the assigned area: Castilla y León, Castilla La Mancha, and the Community of Madrid.
Driver's license.

We are looking for people who preferably reside in: Madrid, Toledo, Guadalajara, or Valladolid.
