About the role

At OCA Global we are looking for talent committed to safety to lead projects in the construction sector.

What you'll do

- You will supervise On-Site Safety, ensuring compliance with the health and safety plan by all companies involved.

- You will coordinate prevention among contractors and subcontractors, reviewing documentation and ensuring proper risk management.

- You will carry out document follow-up, preparing inspection reports and proposing preventive and corrective measures.

- You will foster a preventive culture, leading meetings with site managers and contracted companies.

- Qualifying training under Royal Decree 1627/97: Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, Technical Engineering or equivalent, and a Higher Technician qualification in Occupational Risk Prevention (3 specialisations) valued.

- Previous on-site experience + experience as a Health and Safety Coordinator: Key to working independently with practical, day-to-day insight.
