Territorial Manager – Management Systems

• Knowledge of the local market and roots in the Murcia region: You will need a strong connection with the region's business fabric to generate the close trust that the Aragonese market demands.

• Experience in the Management Systems Consultancy sector: To understand the real needs of clients and precisely guide the technical and commercial proposal.

• Commercial spirit and work capacity: We are looking for someone with high extroversion, a proactive mindset, and perseverance, willing to commit deeply to build the delegation from its foundations.

• Leadership and people management skills: You will direct your own operational and technical team, so you will require the fluency to motivate, organize, and create a high-performance collaborative climate.

• Autonomy and rapid decision-making: You will be part of a company with a flat structure and no bureaucracy, where your ideas are heard and decisions are made with agility.

• Lead business development in the Murcia region: Open the market and capture large accounts in the region, translating your strategic vision and commercial drive into a solid and benchmark delegation.

• Build and coordinate your on-site team: Unify and lead the technical and commercial team in the new Murcia office, driving a model based on our own in-house auditors to guarantee maximum quality and proximity.

• Direct technical and operational management: Coordinate the technical direction and ensure compliance with excellence standards in management systems inspection and consultancy services.
