Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Specialized training in Administration, Management, or similar: For us, real experience and the desire to contribute are worth more than a degree. You will need this foundation to understand documentary and process flows from day one.

  • Advanced proficiency in office automation (Excel, Word, and ERPs): You will use them constantly to cross-reference billing data, issue reports, and keep our planning system up to date without errors.

  • Driver's license: We love mobility and agility; having one will give you the necessary versatility for any external management or specific team requirement.

  • Communication skills and collaborative spirit: In this position, you will not work in isolation. You will be in constant contact with the audit team and clients, so empathy and results orientation are your best tools for success.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

  • Stability and future: We offer you an indefinite contract so that you can develop your career in the long term within a flat, agile structure without unnecessary bureaucracy.

  • Human culture and mutual support: You will be part of a young, dynamic, and highly cohesive team. Here, no one walks alone; we celebrate every achievement together and support each other through any challenge.

  • Well-being and real work-life balance: We care for your personal balance. Your usual schedule will be Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 18:00, but every Friday of the year you will finish at 15:30. Additionally, you will enjoy intensive working days (from 08:30 to 15:30) throughout the entire month of July, all of August, and all holiday eves. And Christmas? The days of December 24th and 31st are completely free so you can enjoy them with your loved ones.

  • Flexible Remuneration Plan tailored to you: Design how to receive your salary through health insurance, meal vouchers, transport, childcare vouchers, and access to continuous training.

  • Oca Global Benefits: Exclusive access to discounts on gyms, travel agencies, fashion, and technology.
