Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering: This will be the indispensable basis for interpreting technical specifications, blueprints, and the structural and mechanical requirements of the works.

  • Previous experience as a Multidisciplinary Supervisor in Construction: This will provide you with the global vision required to manage not only the mechanical discipline but also the interaction with the rest of the areas on-site.

  • At least 6 years of demonstrable experience in fuel storage plants: An essential background given the high regulatory demands, industrial safety protocols, and technical complexity that characterize this type of infrastructure.

What you'll get

  • Strategic project: You will lead the technical supervision of a relevant project with guaranteed stability of 12 to 18 months in the Balearic Islands. If you do not reside on the island, we will take care of your accommodation for the duration of the project.

  • Working hours and rest

    • Standard working day from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

    • Intensive working day from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM every Friday, all holiday eves, and during the months of July and August.

    • December 24th and 31st are completely free to enjoy with your loved ones.

Mechanical Supervisor - Fuel Storage Works (Balearic Islands)

What you'll do

  • Supervise the technical execution of mechanical and multidisciplinary works to ensure rigorous compliance with quality, deadlines, and safety regulations, gaining visibility and weight in the project's decision-making.

  • Coordinate the various teams and contractors on-site to optimize workflows, driving a collaborative environment where prevention and technical excellence go hand in hand.

  • Resolve complex technical incidents in real time to maintain the operational pace of the works, reinforcing your management and leadership capacity in demanding environments.

  • Guarantee compliance with standards in fuel plants to ensure the maximum operational and environmental reliability of the facilities, contributing to OCA Global's vision of making a safer world.
