🎯 Your Mission: Learn, Support, and Impact
You will not be a spectator; you will be a key piece of the selection team in Sant Cugat del Vallès. Your purpose will be to provide integral support to the selection cycle of the Certification division, ensuring that we bring on board the professionals who make the world a safer place.
Immersion in Recruitment: You will support the entire selection flow: from drafting impactful job offers to CV screening and initial telephone interviews.
Candidate Management (Candidate Experience): You will be the first contact for many professionals with OCA Global, resolving doubts and managing their processes on our Teamtailor platform.
Strategic Support: You will assist in scheduling candidates and managing the documentation necessary so that Certification processes flow with agility.
Innovation: You will participate in process optimization using digital tools and exploring the potential of AI in recruitment.
