What we're looking for

  • Education: University degree in engineering, business administration, computer science, or similar, preferably with a postgraduate degree.
  • Minimum Experience: Between 10 and 15 years obtained in strategy consultancies, insurance entities, or financial institutions
  • High knowledge of insurance sector processes, its trends, and the main regulations that apply to it
  • Use of financial concepts—such as ROI, cost-benefit analysis, budget management, TCO, etc.—in investment decisions
  • Solid capabilities to perform and interpret statistical analysis of information
  • Knowledge of the functioning and capabilities of AI and GenAI for their application in insurance business processes
  • Tool Proficiency: Data visualization tools (Strategy One, Google Looker Studio). Program and project management tools
  • Languages: Intermediate/high level of English (B2-C1)
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High capacity to establish close links with management teams and leaders of business and technology units, and to manage your work with autonomy

  • We value: Knowledge of other data visualization tools. Knowledge of any of the most common project management methodologies (PMI PMBOK, Agile, PRINCE 2)

The role

Proactively help and guide the management team in the formulation and achievement of strategic plans, benefits, impacts, and expected business capabilities.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate in the formulation of the business strategy. Advise on strategic planning processes and the development of transformation and optimization project programs regarding their viability, effectiveness, consequences, risks, and impacts. Define value metrics to monitor the value provided by project programs.
  • Facilitate change within the organization. Promote the design of improvements or new operating models. Collaborate with business units in the identification, design, and implementation of improvements or new operating models, and in identifying the enterprise-level impacts of more operational decisions. Evaluate emerging technological trends and disruptive practices in the sector. Help understand and apply new and emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI), taking into account their value contribution, costs, and risks.
  • Align business with technology. Translate complex technical information into coherent narratives with a business vision, focused on purpose and impact, to facilitate consensus on transformation or change proposals. Facilitate the understanding of business operating models for technology teams, so they can use it as the primary input for the development of information and technical architecture.
  • Promote a customer-centric approach. Understand the main problems customers face in interactions with the company to report them to the affected business and technology operations managers, supporting initiatives for their resolution. Promote the development of minimum viable products and effective value propositions.
