Childhood and Youth Services Coordinator

• Availability of a car and traveling (without overnight stays).
• Knowledge of the Aragon area
• Specialization in the management of childhood and youth projects. Experience managing and/or coordinating projects in this area, such as leisure centers, youth centers, or activities oriented toward this audience, will be valued.
• At least 3 years of experience managing teams

• Desirable training in the social or teaching field.

Salary range €18,000 - €21,000 (application of an additional variable remuneration system)

Flexible schedule (with availability on weekends)

The position to be performed is that of a dynamic and results-oriented "Childhood and Youth Services Coordinator" to effectively lead and manage our operations. The ideal person will have a proven ability to coordinate teams, identify and resolve problems proactively, and develop business opportunities.

Among some of your main tasks

• You are responsible for the direct supervision of your team of collaborators: coordinators, monitors, etc.
• Participate in the selection of your Team, in accordance with the current criteria in the company and with the HR policy.
• Identification of business opportunities: Detect new needs or requirements from current clients that may translate into the expansion of contracted services.
• Development and maintenance of client relationships: Negotiation and presentation of sales proposals
• Invoicing of the services for which you are responsible in accordance with the service instructions.
