• Participate in designing user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces for web and mobile.

• Collaborate in discovery, research, and validation processes to understand user needs and identify improvement opportunities.

• Translate product requirements and needs into clear, coherent, and intuitive design solutions.

• Work alongside Product Managers and Engineers during development to ensure designs are implemented correctly.

• Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the Design System, reusing existing components and patterns.

• Take part in product reviews and validations to detect inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.

• Adapt the visual layer of our products to each client's brand identity.

• Use feedback, usage data, and product results to progressively improve the designed solutions.

• Use AI tools to support research, ideation, prototyping, or analysis tasks, always with sound judgment and proper supervision.

As a Junior Product Designer, you will contribute to the design and evolution of LETMINO's digital experiences, participating in the creation of useful, intuitive, and consistent solutions for our users. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other design profiles, progressively learning to transform user and business needs into viable, high-quality solutions.

• 1-2 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or similar positions.

• Education related to Design, UX/UI, Digital Product, or related fields.

• Strong command of design and prototyping tools, especially Figma and Adobe XD.

• Knowledge of UX and UI and the ability to create clear, consistent, and scalable interfaces.

• Familiarity with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and Design Systems.

• Ability to clearly explain and defend design decisions to Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, enabling a better understanding of the feasibility and technical constraints of designs. Prior experience with JSON files will be valued.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Interest in learning user research, testing, and validation methodologies.

• Sense of responsibility, commitment, and ownership over assigned tasks, with a willingness to actively collaborate on team projects.

• Attention to detail, curiosity, proactivity, and a desire to keep growing as a product designer.

• B2-C1 level of English

• Interest in the use of applied AI in design to improve efficiency, creativity, and learning.

• Experience working in the EdTech sector or B2B SaaS companies.

• Previous experience with web or mobile products.

• Basic knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design.

• Experience working with Design Systems.

• Experience using AI tools in design, research, or prototyping processes.

• Interest in the edtech sector, digital products, and learning experiences.
