As a Product Design Junior, you will contribute to the design and evolution of ODILO's digital experiences, taking part in creating useful, intuitive, and consistent solutions for our users. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other design profiles, progressively learning to turn user and business needs into viable, high-quality solutions.

What you'll do

  • Participate in designing user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces for web and mobile.

  • Collaborate in discovery, research, and validation processes to understand user needs and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Translate product requirements and needs into clear, coherent, and intuitive design solutions.

  • Work alongside Product Managers and Engineers during development to ensure designs are implemented correctly.

  • Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the Design System, reusing existing components and patterns.

  • Take part in product reviews and validations to detect inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.

  • Adapt the visual layer of our products to each client's brand identity.

  • Use feedback, usage data, and product results to progressively improve the designed solutions.

  • Use AI tools to support research, ideation, prototyping, or analysis tasks, always with sound judgment and proper supervision.
