LAB22 is seeking a highly motivated front Office Trainee to join our team. As a Front Office Trainee, your primary focus would be on providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth and efficient front office operations.
As a Front Office Trainee / Lobby Ambassador you will:
Welcome and greet guests upon arrival with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
Provide luggage assistance and support group arrivals with porterage services.
Ensure the lobby is organized, clean, and presented to the highest standards at all times.
Assist guests with hotel information, local recommendations, special requests, and general enquiries.
Coordinate and deliver in-room amenities and other guest requests.
Support the Front Office team with check-in and check-out processes in line with brand standards.
Maintain accurate guest records, including personal information, payment details, and preferences.
Assist with daily Front Office and lobby operations, ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience.
Handle guest complaints and requests in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
