Are you passionate about the world of people and would you like to take your first steps in Human Resources in a dynamic and creative environment?
At Omnicom Public Relations we are looking for someone with a desire to learn, initiative, and curiosity to join our HR team and discover firsthand all the areas that make a great employee experience possible.
What you'll do
You will provide support in different Human Resources processes, from selection to the onboarding of new people to the team.
You will collaborate in posting job offers, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews.
You will participate in onboarding processes and in employee experience initiatives.
You will help with the administrative management of the department and the updating of databases.
You will have the opportunity to gain a generalist view of HR and learn alongside the team.
