The role
ONE, a prestigious Portuguese watch and jewellery brand, is looking for a dynamic, responsible, and results-oriented Store Manager to join our team in Lisbon.
What you'll do
Lead, motivate, and develop the team, promoting excellence in service and sales;
Plan and manage team schedules, shifts, and days off;
Monitor and analyze KPIs, ensuring the fulfillment of defined objectives;
Drive and monitor the team's sales results;
Ensure service quality and the customer experience;
Manage stock, ensuring product availability and inventory organization;
Actively contribute to the smooth operation and performance of the store.
