Job Description
We are looking for a Partner Success Manager (Partner Enablement) to help OpenNebula's business partners become successful by providing structured enablement, operational support, and business development assistance throughout the partner lifecycle.
This role acts as the operational hub of the partner ecosystem, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure partners have the knowledge, tools, and support needed to generate business, deliver successful projects, and grow their OpenNebula practice.

Core Responsibilities
Partner Enablement
Maintain partner onboarding programs.
Prepare enablement documentation, guides, playbooks, and sales kits.
Create and update partner presentations, demos, and technical collateral.
Organize partner training sessions and webinars.
Ensure partners always have access to up-to-date product and commercial information.
Partner Success
Maintain regular contact with existing partners.
Help partners qualify customer opportunities.
Support partners during early sales engagements.
Coordinate internal resources required by partners.
Track partner activity, certifications, and business plans.
Identify gaps preventing partners from becoming productive.
Opportunity Qualification
Help evaluate incoming partnership requests.
Qualify new partners against OpenNebula's partner profile.
Coordinate onboarding of approved partners.
Maintain the partner pipeline and CRM information.
Business Development Support
Assist partners in preparing customer proposals.
Help customize presentations for customer meetings.
Produce joint solution overviews and reference architectures.
Coordinate participation in events, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
Partner Operations
Keep the partner portal and documentation updated.
Manage partner communications.
Track partner KPIs and business metrics.
Collect partner feedback and coordinate improvements internally.
Experience Required
Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
Comfortable creating professional documentation and presentations.
Process-oriented and detail-focused.
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
Good understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, or Kubernetes (technical expert not required).
Professional Experience
3-7 years in Partner Success, Partner Enablement, Channel Operations, Customer Success, or Technical Marketing.
Experience working with software vendors or infrastructure technology is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems and partner programs.
Success Metrics
Time to onboard new partners.
Number of enabled and certified partners.
Partner-generated pipeline.
Partner-generated revenue.
Partner engagement score.
Number of active opportunities per partner.
Partner satisfaction.
Adoption of enablement materials
What this role is not
This is not a classic Channel Sales Manager focused primarily on recruiting partners and closing deals. Instead, it is a highly hands-on operational role focused on making partners productive by:

Ensuring partners receive timely support
