Customer Quality Intern

• Education: Industrial Organization Engineering, Vocational Training (FP II) in an Industrial environment.

• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude: If you enjoy learning new things and working in a team, here you will do so every day surrounded by experienced professionals.

• Basic knowledge of tools and programs: Intermediate level of English (B2) / SAP / Microsoft Office / Interpretation of electrical drawings and technical documentation.

• Driver's license and own vehicle so that you can arrive at the position on time.

Your work will be essential in providing support to the Quality Department in the management and analysis of customer incidents, collaborating in coordination with different internal areas to guarantee an agile and effective resolution of non-conformities detected in the product.

• Communication with national and international delegations and Ormazabal field technicians for the management and follow-up of customer incidents.

• Administrative and logistical management of cell movements through SAP and RepCom, coordinating returns from the field to OBG and their subsequent processing.

• Technical analysis of incidents detected at the customer, identifying possible causes and collaborating in the definition of corrective actions.

• Follow-up and coordination of internal rework derived from claims or quality incidents.

• Interpretation of electrical drawings, technical documentation, and standards applicable to the product.

• Support in the preparation of technical reports and documentation associated with incidents.
