Low Voltage Switchgear Operator

Reporting directly to the Area Manager, your main function will be the manufacturing of CBT equipment (Low Voltage Switchgear), across the entire range (Urban, Compact, Smart) with or without supervision. To this end, you must take responsibility for the following tasks:

• Comply with established procedures and standards, ensuring compliance with the assigned daily program in accordance with the required quality, safety, and documentation process standards and criteria.

• Resolve any incidents that may arise in your position and comply with internal regulations, such as, for example, established schedules and breaks, as well as the guidelines and orders of the Liaison.

• Develop the functions specific to the position according to the model established in the standard process sheet:

- Perform the assembly and integration of the various components of Ormazabal's Low Voltage Switchgear.

- Perform the corresponding tests and maneuvers.

- Ensure the correct recording of the traceability of the manufactured equipment.

- Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks (cleaning and compliance with the cell usage rules) and corrective maintenance (checking the installation until the fault is found and complying with the cell usage rules)

- Collaborate in the self-sufficient management of the cell, propose improvements, and participate

- Ensure the dispatch of the solution, in accordance with the customer's requirements (technical and commercial documentation, identification, arrangement of accessories, packaging, etc.)

• Be proactive in the development of your own multi-skilling, showing readiness towards the Training plans that the Organization may need or deem appropriate (both within and outside your production area).

• Promote teamwork through collaboration and support for colleagues and managers.
