Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the selection processes for different professional profiles.
• Collaborating in the preparation and updating of job descriptions.
• Performing direct searches and identifying potential candidates.
• Posting and managing job offers on different job boards and recruitment channels.
• Reviewing and screening received applications and CVs.
• Participating in selection interviews using different tools and methodologies.
• Collaborating in the evaluation of competencies and the suitability of candidates for the position.
• Maintaining fluid communication with candidates and hiring managers, acting as a connection point during the different phases of the selection process.

Entre tus principales responsabilidades estarán:

• Apoyar en los procesos de selección de diferentes perfiles profesionales.
• Colaborar en la elaboración y actualización de descripciones de puestos.
• Realizar búsqueda directa e identificación de potenciales candidatos.
• Publicar y gestionar ofertas de empleo en diferentes job boards y canales de reclutamiento.
• Revisar y realizar el screening de candidaturas y CV recibidos.
• Participar en la realización de entrevistas de selección utilizando diferentes herramientas y metodologías.
• Colaborar en la evaluación de competencias y adecuación de los candidatos al puesto.
• Mantener una comunicación fluida con candidatos y responsables de contratación, actuando como punto de conexión durante las distintas fases del proceso de selección.
