What you'll do

- Processing and negotiation of work schedule adjustments / reductions. Calculation, negotiation, and preparation of related documentation.

- Reception, management, and preparation for Labor Inspections and review of received Infringement Reports.

- Preparation of conciliations and labor trials for the Company in collaboration with the legal department.

- Updating the company's labor union representation database.

- Union Matters: oversight of union elections and administrative issues.

Requirements

- Degree in Law.

- Master's degree/course specializing in labor law and/or HR.

- Master's in legal practice - highly valued.

- 8-10 years of experience in labor relations.

- Advanced English.

- Availability to travel
