- Carry out product demonstrations and advise clients on the use and functionalities of the implemented solutions.
- Provide specialized technical support to the regional sales team during visits, presentations, and sales processes.
- Collaborate closely with the regional Field Service Engineer, providing application support during installations, validations, and issue resolution.
- Provide training to end users to ensure the correct use of equipment and applications.
- Maintain fluid communication with different internal departments and with manufacturers to ensure comprehensive customer care.
