The role

As a Business Applications Specialist, you will manage and evolve the business applications of the Technology area in an industrial company located in Vallès. Your work will be key to ensuring the correct functioning of tools such as ERP, CRM, and other corporate applications, collaborating with the different business areas to optimize processes and drive technological improvements that add value to the organization.

Impact directly on the improvement of business applications.
Participate in technological projects in an industrial environment.

What you'll do

Manage the business applications used by the organization to ensure their availability and proper use.
Identify needs related to technological tools and translate them into practical solutions.
Monitor functional incidents to contribute to their resolution.
Coordinate updates and improvements of the applications to maintain their correct functioning.
Document configurations, processes, and changes made to the business tools.
Collaborate with user areas to gather information and improve the use of the applications.
Review the functioning of implemented solutions and propose adjustments when necessary.
Participate in technological initiatives linked to business applications in the industrial sector.
