We want to incorporate into our Wituka store in Baixada de la Llibreteria,2 - Barcelona, a 30-hour profile with rotating shifts from October 26 to November 2, with experience in customer service and a good level of English.

The role

What you'll do

Assist customers throughout the sales process, advise and inform about models and sizes, resolve incidents, cashier, etc.

Operational support in inventory management, stock control, orders, warehouse.

Keep the store visual always orderly and aligned with the brand's values.

You will be the visible face of Grupo Pampling, so you will be responsible for transmitting our values of a young, creative spirit, and committed to the environment in the sales process.

Adequately attend to customers, understanding their needs, resolving incidents, and analyzing user preferences and needs.

Know the catalog, brand identity, materials of the garments, sizes, shipping times, and operations.
