Job Offer: Odoo Implementation Specialist - Retail

We are looking for an Odoo Implementation Specialist - Retail who will actively participate in the implementation, configuration, and evolution of Odoo within the company.

This is a profile that combines knowledge of business processes and ERP implementation with the technical capacity to perform developments, customizations, and integrations when necessary.

What you'll do

Actively participate in the implementation and rollout of Odoo within the company.
Analyze current business processes and translate them into Odoo, especially in the areas of retail, stores, sales, inventory, warehouse, and logistics.
Configure and adapt the different Odoo modules to the needs of the company.
Perform developments and customizations in Python when standard functionalities do not cover business needs.
Develop and maintain integrations between Odoo and other tools or applications used by the company.
Be the point of contact with the Odoo partner, coordinating and working directly with them during implementation, incident resolution, and system evolution.
Detect and resolve incidents, as well as propose improvements and evolutions for the system.
Participate in the migration, loading, and validation of data during the implementation process.
Perform functional and technical tests to guarantee the correct functioning of the implemented solutions.
Provide support and guidance to the different internal teams in the use of Odoo.
Document configurations, developments, processes, and newly implemented functionalities.
Collaborate with the various departments to identify needs and convert them into solutions within Odoo.
