The role
At Calidad Pascual, we are looking to hire a B2B Assistant Technician to reinforce our B2B Business team.
The selected person will provide administrative and operational support for B2B client management, contributing to the correct execution of reached commercial agreements and ensuring effective coordination between clients and the company's various areas.
As a B2B Assistant Technician, you will participate in the management and updating of agreements, references, and commercial documentation, collaborating with key departments such as Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, Quality, Packaging, Nutrition and Health, or Design. Your role will be fundamental to guaranteeing the correct development of daily operations and excellence in customer service.
What you'll do
- Support the management and updating of commercial agreements reached with B2B clients in the company's internal systems.
- Coordinate with the involved areas the correct management of negotiated references, ensuring compliance with the conditions agreed upon with the client.
- Manage the registration, modification, and updating of references and designs in both client platforms and internal systems.
- Collaborate with the Quality, Packaging, Nutrition and Health, Design departments, and other involved areas to ensure the correct development of new projects and modifications.
- Provide support in the management and follow-up of incidents and claims, coordinating the necessary actions until their resolution.
- Support the identification and implementation of initiatives oriented towards improving the profitability and efficiency of processes.
- Perform administrative and technical support tasks associated with B2B commercial activity.
- Keep customer databases, contracts, and associated documentation updated, guaranteeing the quality and reliability of the information.
- Collaborate in the preparation of commercial offers, proposals, and documentation necessary for client management.
