The role
At Qualianza, we are looking to hire a Transformation and Value Creation Manager, a strategic position that will report directly to the General Manager and whose mission will be to ensure the correct execution of our Value Creation Plan, driving key business initiatives and guaranteeing the achievement of the planned results.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and monitor the Value Creation Plan.
- Drive the execution of strategic initiatives and facilitate the resolution of blockers.
- Monitor indicators and results, identifying risks and deviations.
- Prepare and coordinate monitoring committees and executive reporting.
- Work transversally with all areas of the company to ensure the progress of strategic projects.
- Contribute to change management and the implementation of new ways of working.
