What we're looking for

What do you need to fit the role?

- Academic Background: Technical Engineering (Chemical, Civil, Hydraulic, and/or similar).

- At least 2 years of experience in positions of similar responsibility in the complete management of hydraulic works projects, with experience in the full execution and commissioning of water treatment plants being highly valued.

- Tools: Experience working with Presto, MS Project, and Excel. Knowledge of AutoCAD is required.

- Residence: Valencia and/or surrounding areas.

The role

Pavasal is a Valencian construction company with over 80 years of history, born from the manufacture of asphalt mix and specialized in civil works, industrial works, and road construction and maintenance. We are currently looking to hire a Site Manager to lead our Wastewater Treatment Plant projects.

What you'll do

- Planning and technical and economic control of works.

- Collaboration in the management of human resources, materials, and equipment on site.

- Supervision of field work execution and quality control.

- Coordination with subcontractors and the technical office team.

- Preparation of reports and follow-up.
