Requirements

What we're looking for

? Required experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position

Training in Logistics, Transport, Industrial Organization, or similar fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in an industrial or large retail environment.
Advanced knowledge of SAP with experience in logistics process management.
Experience in team coordination.
Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and results orientation.

Nice to have

Valuable:
Forklift license
Knowledge of international trade (Incoterms, customs documentation).

The role

? Location: Guadalajara (Spain)

At PErsonal 7 ETT, we have a vacancy available for one of our clients specializing in the production and distribution of products for various large-scale retail companies at a national and international level. In a full growth phase, we are looking for a Logistics and Shipping Manager to lead logistics operations, guarantee an efficient flow of goods, and maintain our high standards of service and compliance.

What you'll do

Planning and supervision of daily shipments, both national and international.
Coordination of inbound and outbound logistics.
Operational warehouse management: receiving, storage, stock control, and shipping.
Organization and optimization of transport routes, managing incidents with logistics operators.
Direct supervision of the warehouse team (task assignment, shifts, training).
Verification of shipping documentation: delivery notes, labels, customs documentation.
Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Proposing and implementing improvements in logistics processes.
Logistics cost control and analysis of performance indicators (KPIs).
