Your day-to-day:
You act as an IQOS brand ambassador in Spain, ensuring sales and consumer experience standards, and ensuring an excellent journey for the consumer.
You contribute to daily operational functioning by maintaining service and performance in line with the brand's premium positioning.
DAILY OPERATIONS: Guarantee the correct functioning of the point of sale, making the relevant communications to the supervisor if necessary.
This includes both active selling, prioritizing quality sales, as well as after-sales services, adapting your communication based on the customer and showing active listening and correct body language.
REPORTING: Adequately execute assigned tasks to guarantee reporting and input both customer and store operation data appropriately.
VISUAL MERCHANDISING: Always follow the visual merchandising guide according to PMI premises.
MYSTERY SHOPPING: Actively participate in achieving a satisfactory result, involving yourself in role plays, internalizing points for improvement, and collaborating with the team.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TASKS: Perform and follow up correctly on assigned tasks or projects, proposing points for improvement and showing a high level of involvement and commitment.
