The role
DSS Sales Manager Spain, IGT-Devices
As the IGT-D Devices Systems Sales (DSS) Manager for Spain, you will lead the development and execution of a newly established systems-focused sales business within Philips Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGTD). This is a high-impact role focused on accelerating the adoption of integrated systems, software solutions and innovative business models, driving growth through complex, high-value commercial opportunities.
What you'll do
Execute the Devices Systems Sales strategy across Italy, helping strengthen Philips' position as One-IGT.
Drive new business development for integrated systems and capital-intensive solutions, including software-enabled and future innovation platforms.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder commercial opportunities and competitive displacement strategies.
Build and convert a strong sales pipeline, leveraging disciplined forecasting and CRM excellence.
Partner closely with IGT Devices, IGT Systems, Marketing, Service, Operations and Commercial Leadership teams to activate strategic accounts and accelerate growth.
Deliver ambitious sales and profitability targets through strong commercial execution and account planning.
Contribute to shaping the future of solution selling within a fast-growing and strategically important business.
You will report to the EU IGT-D Devices System Sales Leader and collaborate extensively with local and international stakeholders across Philips' Image Guided Therapy organization.
This role offers a unique opportunity to build a new commercial capability, influence strategic growth initiatives, and develop expertise in advanced solution selling within a leading global healthcare technology company.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
Requirements
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in medical devices, capital equipment or solution-based healthcare sales.
Proven track record of winning complex, high-value commercial deals and driving business growth.
Experience selling integrated solutions combining equipment, software and services is an advantage.
Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, contracting and financial modelling.
Demonstrated success in business development and strategic account management.
Ability to influence and engage multiple stakeholders across customer and internal organisations.
Strong pipeline management, forecasting and CRM discipline.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a "builder" mentality and a passion for developing new business opportunities.
Highly collaborative, resilient and results-oriented.
Languages
Fluent in Spanish and English.

Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €49,855.00 - €83,091.66. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
This role is eligible for a sales incentive, with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We'll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
