The role

Google's line of products and services to clients never stops growing. Strategic Partner Managers have the rare opportunity to build a long-lasting relationship with our top partners. You cultivate these existing partnerships to make sure they can take full advantage of Google's ever-growing suite of offerings. You possess strong relationship-building skills and are apt to see mutually beneficial opportunities with partners in order to best represent our users, products and programs.

As a Platforms and Devices Enterprise Solutions (PDES) Strategic Partner Manager, you will drive strategic partnerships across Spain and Portugal, empowering partners to engage enterprise and education customers and accelerate Google Intelligent Endpoints adoption. You will collaborate closely with partners to build robust sales pipelines, deliver accurate forecasts, and achieve regional objectives across ChromeOS, Chrome Enterprise Premium (CEP), and Cameyo.

A core priority is enabling partners to advocate CEP's value proposition-including Shadow AI governance and granular Data Loss Prevention (DLP)-integrated with Google security and Gemini AI. We seek a proactive channel leader with deep expertise in End User Computing (EUC), IT Security (DLP, Context-Aware Access, MDM), and the Iberian partner ecosystem.

You are a compelling communicator who demonstrates how Google delivers frictionless productivity, built-in AI intelligence, and ransomware-resilient security.

The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.

What you'll do

  • Co-design high-value commercial and education models with strategic partners across Iberia to maximize mutual growth and channel profitability.
  • Position ChromeOS and Chrome Enterprise Premium (CEP) as premier secure, cloud-first endpoint solutions, seamlessly integrated with virtualization (Cameyo) for complex enterprise app delivery.
  • Foster deep co-selling alignment and field enablement to elevate partner capabilities, accelerate pipeline velocity, and capture high-touch opportunities.
  • Drive independent, partner-led sales across Spain and Portugal to build robust pipeline, forecast accurately, and achieve regional revenue objectives.
  • Build strong market awareness and lead cross-functional alignment with Field Sales Representatives (FSRs), Marketing, and partner engineering to maximize regional impact.
