About the role

Are you motivated by being at the heart of industrial manufacturing? Are you someone who enjoys turning plant variability into a smooth, efficient flow?

At Pardo, we are constantly evolving and we are looking to bring a Production Planner into our Operations and Planning team, someone who wants to take on a key role in industrial coordination, bringing analytical vision and drive.

You won't just be a simple manager of manufacturing orders. You will be the engine that connects Operations, Production, and Supply, anticipating issues and ensuring every order is delivered on time and to the quality standards that define us.

What you'll do

  • Strategic factory planning: You will manage production capacity, resource allocation, priorities, and strict deadline compliance.

  • Cross-functional coordination: You will be the link between Production and Supply to ensure a constant flow of materials and manufacturing without bottlenecks.

  • Agility and decision-making: You will quickly re-plan in response to changing priorities, issues, or capacity constraints in highly variable environments (Make to Order).

  • Analysis and KPIs: You will use data to monitor KPIs, optimize inventory levels, and propose improvements in productivity.

We are looking for someone with a strong analytical foundation, pragmatic communication skills, and a real desire to add value in an industrial environment.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience (Mid-Level): At least two years planning production in industrial environments.

  • Advanced Excel skills: Pivot tables, complex formulas, and analytical proficiency.

  • Analytical mindset and resilience: Comfortable in changing environments, with the judgment to make quick decisions when the plant demands it.

  • Coordination skills: Ability to maintain a fluid dialogue with different operational departments.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Make to Order manufacturing or special projects.

  • Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Power Query, dashboards).

  • Knowledge of industrial ERPs (SAP, Navision, Dynamics, Asprova, AS400, Infor, etc.) and MRP management.

  • Familiarity with metal manufacturing processes (machining, welding, painting, assembly).

  • An interest in industrial digitalization, data automation, and Industry 4.0.

What you'll get

  • A key role with real impact: A central position in daily operations where your decisions are noticed and valued from day one.

  • A culture of continuous improvement: The space to propose, digitalize, and optimize plant processes.

  • Stable employment: A direct contract with a probationary period.

  • An exceptional team: You'll work side by side with professionals passionate about industry and operational excellence.
