The role

At Pardo, a leading brand in hospital rest solutions and communities belonging to Grupo Pikolin, we are looking for a dynamic professional with a high capacity for reaction to join our Operations department. If you are passionate about logistics management, supply chain control, and want to directly impact the efficiency of our production, this opportunity is for you!

Your main objective will be to ensure the optimal availability of raw materials and supplies needed for the production plan, comprehensively managing the procurement cycle and optimizing the company's stock levels.

What you'll do

Comprehensive procurement management: Issuing, tracking, and controlling purchase orders for materials and components.
Delivery and schedule tracking: Constantly monitoring supplier delivery times to ensure compliance with the manufacturing plan.
Resolving issues and urgent matters: Actively managing stockouts, delays, or contingencies with immediate response capability.
Internal coordination: Working closely with the Production, Warehouse, and Logistics departments to align needs and material flows.
Supplier negotiation: Maintaining daily operational relationships, negotiating deadlines, quantities, and delivery conditions.

Job requirements

ERP experience: Proven proficiency with AS400 or equivalent industrial ERPs (SAP, Navision, etc.).
Purchasing and stock management: Prior experience in order management, inventory control, and procurement parameters in industrial environments.
Key skills: Strong negotiation abilities, analytical vision, and high resilience under pressure with quick response to unforeseen events.
Education: Degree or higher vocational training in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Valuable: Negotiation skills in English or other languages.
