This role is ideal for an organized, proactive professional with an engineering background, capable of speaking the same technical language as engineers while ensuring strong financial and supply chain discipline within complex space programs.

  • Act as the main point of contact for internal clients (Engineering teams), collecting, consolidating, and anticipating their procurement and planning needs.

  • Support the monitoring and control of budgets, purchase orders, and deliveries, identify deviations, risks, and optimization opportunities proactively.
  • Coordinate closely with Finance to update and maintain the Estimate at Completion (EAC), ensuring consistency between committed, forecasted, and actual costs.
  • Provide clear and structured visibility on the status of budgets, orders, and deliveries to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze all cost elements impacting the Supply Chain, including materials, long lead time items, and subcontracted services for space programs.
  • Maintain and continuously improve dashboards and KPIs related to cost, ordering, and delivery performance, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Perform purchasing, planning, and cost data analyses to support decision making by Purchasing Management and Controlling.
  • Support risk analysis activities, including the monitoring of critical suppliers, single source situations, and make or buy scenarios.
  • Ensure proper and consistent use of ERP systems (Odoo or similar) for cost tracking, commitments, and purchasing processes.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing purchasing workflows, planning coordination, reporting, and data management.
