Metal Post-Processing Technician

As a metal post-processing technician, your mission will consist of manual processing and performing surface treatments on metal components, manufactured through Additive Manufacturing or machining. Additionally, you will also need to provide support to the manufacturing technicians, and carry out tasks according to the needs that may arise during manufacturing.

·       Manual post-processing of metal components from Additive Manufacturing, performing support removal operations and surface treatments.

·       Execute manufacturing orders for component production.

·       Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and auxiliary resources.

·       Assist manufacturing technicians in their tasks as required by production.

·       Work as a team with other departments to coordinate production and ensure delivery deadlines are met efficiently.

·       Maintain a safe and clean working environment, complying with health and safety regulations.

·       Attention to detail and establishment of an environment of high quality standards in component manufacturing.

·       Experience using manual machining machines, saws, angle grinders, drills, etc.

·       Minimum of 1 year of work experience in an industrial environment.

·       Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively with the team.

·       Willingness to learn.

·       Attention to detail and focus on quality.

·       Proficiency in production management software and work orders.

• Intermediate vocational training in machining or equivalent. Ideally: "Production programming in mechanical manufacturing" or "Mechanical manufacturing design"
• Experience using manual machining machines, parallel lathe, universal milling machine.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in industrial environments
• Experience operating CNC equipment with 3, 4, and 5 axes.
• Occupational risk prevention course (preventive resource).
• Overhead crane operator course.
• Forklift (counterbalance) course.
